Buy your website outright
One-off website purchase, with no mandatory hosting or maintenance subscription. The finished agreed source files and project-specific setup instructions are supplied after final payment. You arrange your own hosting, domain, deployment and ongoing support unless you separately purchase those services.

The first-draft estimate starts after the agreement is signed, the required payment is confirmed and essential materials have been received. These are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Additional features, databases, booking systems and ongoing services are priced separately and must be agreed before work starts.
Optional hosting: £20/month if selected. Hosting is not automatically added. A customer database or CRM may require separate hosting, licences and technical configuration even when its source files are included.
Before you order
We confirm your chosen package, page and revision limits, selected extras, total price, payment stages and relevant contract before you sign or pay. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable: statutory rights and fair cancellation terms apply where relevant. Source files and setup instructions are released after cleared final payment under the agreed handover terms.
